Once conversion is started from context menu, it goes as a background process, it doesn't show main program window or any dialogs. You will see the resulted file in the same folder with your original one. You can convert several files at once, hold the Ctrl button and select as many image files as you want, then right click on any file and choose Convert to JPEG (ReaJPEG).
